Renewed excitement in urban environments has created many opportunities for development/redevelopment of neighborhoods, corridors, and downtown areas. Unaware of the economic benefits or unwilling to wade through zoning challenges, developers often miss potentially lucrative development opportunities.

Likewise, the snail’s pace of progress and their inability to effect change has frustrated local officials. LSL has helped bridge this gap between community need and developer response.
