Huron Pointe Mixed-Use PUD
Over 300 acres of prime land located off of a regional
highway, just minutes south of the Detroit Metro Airport,
Huron Pointe is a revolutionary mixed-use planned unit
development (PUD) which LSL helped bring to fruition.

With a combination of over 850 residential units, consisiting
of 4 different single family lot sizes, duplexes, and 5-plexes,
and over 150 acres of preserved open space, this unique
development will birng a high quality project to Huron
Township which will provide a wide range of housing options
for a variety of age groups.

In addition, the neighboring
properties will be developed in coordination with Huron
Pointe with retail and office uses to provide local goods
and services to the residents of Huron Pointe.

LSL worked hand in hand with the developer and its design,
engineering, and legal team to develop the approved plan.
LSL assisted in the development and refinement of concept
plans, rezoning and PUD submittal requirements and appropriate
impact studies, and representation at public meetings and
hearings.
