Using state-of-the-art 3-D modeling software and graphic editing and design, LSL modeled existing conditions for a 4-block portion of downtown south of Silver Lake Parkway. Two alternative concepts show (1) downtown-style redevelopment on the east side of the street per the DDA Plan and (2) a new drug store on the southeast corner of Silver Lake Parkway. Images comparing views of each alternative are shown to the right, while an animation is show below for each as they fly a similar path through the model area.
